Orienteering is the thinking runner’s sport. Using a detailed map, you navigate between control points in the best order and route you can find. You can walk, jog or run, and it is only a race against the clock if you want it to be.
Just turn up. Our helpers will show you how everything works and get you started on a suitable course. Beginners usually start on a short, easy course with guidance from experienced HALO members.
